Annual Assessments - $260 billed in July

Please contact HLNM at info@homelandmgt.com if you plan to purchase or sell your home. Assessments must be paid in full prior to closing. 
 
Pursuant to Article IV of our Covenants, annual assessments are required to be paid each year. Our Collections Policy requires payment annually on July 1. Unpaid accounts will be assessed a late fee at 30 days and lien at 60 days with related legal fees and further collections efforts to follow. Please pay timely to avoid any additional charges to your homeowner account. Thank you!
